Civic Development definition

Civic Development means the Civic Development Parcel together with the Civic Development Improvements.

  • Pursuant to Article 10 hereof, the Master Developer and the Commission will work toward defining the scope and scale of the Commercial Development Improvements and the Civic Development Improvements and the feasibility of the future Phases of the Project.

  • Following the recordation of the tentative map, the Master Development Site will be subdivided and the following parcels will be created and owned by the Commission: (1) the Plaza Parcel; (2) the Affordable Development Parcel (including the entire Gee Parcel); (3) the Market Rate Development Parcel; (4) the Commercial Development Parcel; and (5) the Civic Development Parcel.

  • The Commission has found that the feasibility of the Affordable Housing Development is dependent on the success and implementation of the mixed used Project that includes the Market Rate Development, and potentially, the Commercial Development, and the Civic Development and the Plaza Development.

  • The Federal Trade Commission (‘‘Commission’’) has accepted an agreement to a proposed consent order from Civic Development Group, Inc., and Community Network, Inc., corporations, and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, individually and as officers of Civic Development Group, Inc., and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, individually and as an officer of Community Network, Inc.

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.

  • Substantial development means any development of which the total cost or fair market value exceeds two thousand five hundred dollars, or any development which materially interferes with the normal public use of the water or shorelines of the state; except that the following shall not be considered substantial developments for the purpose of this chapter:
