All work, excluding work not being managed by CPS Energy (i.e. Developer Install or Customer Installation) to be performed as required by this Agreement shall be coordinated by CPS Energy through its designated representative and by Joint Trencher through its engineering coordinator or designated representative, and if applicable, the designated representatives of the Civic Authority or Private Developer.
Joint Trencher shall enter into any necessary agreements with the Civic Authority or Private Developer for any available reimbursement at its sole and complete discretion.
The observance of the above holidays may be made on days other than the calendar date when so proclaimed by Federal, Provincial or Civic Authority.

Observance The following days, and any nationally or provincially proclaimed holidays shall be observed as paid holidays: New Years Day Victoria Day Thanksgiving Day Family Day Canada Day Remembrance Day Good Friday Saskatchewan Day Christmas Day Easter Monday Labour Day Boxing Day Statutory holidays may be observed on days other than the calendar date when so proclaimed by Provincial or Civic Authority or upon mutual agreement between the Company and the Union.
In addition, Remembrance Day shall be a paid holiday if so declared by Local Civic Authority.
The observance of the above holidays may be made on days other than the calendar date when SO proclaimed by Dominion, Provincial or Civic Authority.
