CityFHEPS qualifying program definition
CityFHEPS qualifying program means a City program that the Commissioner has designated as a program from which HRA will accept referrals for the program described in Subchapter A of this chapter, to avert entry to or abbreviate a stay in an HRA or DHS shelter. "CityFHEPS qualifying program" includes the following, in addition to other programs that the Commissioner may designate in the future: (1) referrals from ACS to facilitate an ACS plan for family reunification, preservation or independent living; (2) referrals from the three-quarter housing task force; (3) referrals from DYCD; or (4) referrals from the New York City Department of Correction.
