City Marks definition

City Marks means individually or collectively the City name and together with all trademarks, service marks, copyrights, logos, taglines, slogans, graphics, designs, color schemes, trade dress, trade name and other marks associated with the City and includes those City Marks shown on Exhibit G - Intellectual Property Schedule attached hereto, as the same may be amended from time to time.
City Marks means the City’s trademarks set out in Schedule “B” and any other content, trademarks, official marks or logos that the City may approve from time to time in writing;
City Marks mean the City's name, and all trademarks, symbols, designs, and other intellectual property associated with the City or that are in existence on the Effective Date or which may be created during the Term and which are owned, licensed or otherwise controlled by the City or its Affiliates.

Examples of City Marks in a sentence

  • All use of the City Marks will be in a manner that (i) complies with applicable laws, City Rules; (ii) is consistent with Contractor’s use of other City Marks under similar situations; and (iii) will not tarnish the City Marks.

  • All rights to the City Marks will at all times remain the property of the City.

  • Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the City may grant to Contractor a nonexclusive right to use those specific City Marks that are directly required to complete Contractor’s obligations in the Agreement, and which are approved for use in accordance with this Section.

  • The Host City shall be entitled to use the official Competition design as developed by FIFA to promote and communicate its status as a host city of the Competitions in accordance with this Host City Agreement and the Host City Marks Guidelines as well as determined by FIFA.

  • The Host City shall be entitled to use the official Competition designation, the Host City Designation and the Official Slogan, in such form as determined by FIFA, to promote and communicate its status as a host city of the Competitions in accordance with this Host City Agreement and the Host City Marks Guidelines as well as determined by FIFA.

  • Any use of the Competition Marks by the Host City shall include the appropriate copyright notices and/or trade ▇▇▇▇ legends in accordance with the Host City Marks Guidelines, and with any specific instructions given by FIFA in this respect, save to the extent that such instructions would result in the infringement or contravention of the laws or regulations of any jurisdiction in which the rights are to be exercised.

  • The Host City agrees and acknowledges that the layout and content of, including the use of the Host City Composite Logo or any other Competition ▇▇▇▇ on or in connection with, any flyers and other print products, as well as the use and distribution thereof, are subject to this Host City Agreement and, in particular, the Host City Marks Guidelines and Host City Publication Guidelines.

  • The City hereby grants to Motivate and sublicensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, during the Term, the City Marks and other Intellectual Property of the City to, upon prior written approval by the City, operate and promote the System in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • The Host City shall be entitled to use the Host City Composite Logo to promote and communicate its status as a host city of the Competitions, subject to and in accordance with this Host City Agreement and the Host City Marks Guidelines.

  • Use of the City Marks must have the prior approval of the Project Officer.

Related to City Marks

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.
