City Codes definition

City Codes or “Codes” means the ordinances and codes of the City 35 that regulate the development and construction of the Project and each Building, including 36 but not limited to, the building codes and zoning regulations known as the ULDR and the 37 Florida Building Code (2004 Edition, as amended).
City Codes means all ordinances, codes and policies from time to time adopted by the City of Bryan, Texas, including, any building codes, fire or life safety codes, development codes and zoning ordinances, as same may be amended from time to time.
City Codes means all of the codes, certifications, standards, requirements, and ordinances promulgated by the City of Rutland, as applicable to a given vacant building, including without limitation: Rutland City Housing Standards, building codes, health codes, fire codes, water codes, sewer codes, and/or zoning permits.

  • The Board of Zoning Adjustment hears requests for Special Permits, Appeals and Variances to the requirements of the Columbus Zoning Code, Title 33, of the Columbus City Codes.

  • Security Code means a sequence of numbers and/or letters or such other codes or procedures, whether generated by a Security Mechanism or otherwise, for use in connection with access to and/or use of the EB Services;

  • Energy Code means the State Energy Conservation Construction Code, as currently in effect and as hereafter amended from time to time.

  • Canon Law means the Canon Law of the Catholic Church from time to time in force and if any question arises as to the interpretation of Canon Law, this shall be determined exclusively by the Diocesan Bishop;

  • Electricity Laws means the Electricity Act, 2003 and the relevant rules, notifications, and amendments issued there under and all other Laws in effect from time to time and applicable to the development, financing, construction, ownership, operation or maintenance or regulation of electric generating companies and Utilities in India, the rules, regulations and amendments issued by CERC/ MERC from time to time.

  • City means the City of Vancouver, a municipal corporation continued pursuant to the Vancouver Charter.

  • County Government means the county government provided for under Article 176 of the Constitution;

  • Agricultural operations means the growing and harvesting of crops or the raising of fowl or animals for the primary purpose of making a profit, providing a livelihood, or conducting agricultural research or instruction by an educational institution. Agricultural operations do not include activities involving the processing or distribution of crops or fowl.

  • TUPE Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended.

  • Federal financial assistance means any grant, loan, contract (other than a procurement contract or a contract of insurance or guaranty), or any other arrangement by which the Department provides or otherwise makes available assistance in the form of:

  • Uniform Commercial Code jurisdiction means any jurisdiction that has adopted all or substantially all of Article 9 as contained in the 2000 Official Text of the Uniform Commercial Code, as recommended by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the American Law Institute, together with any subsequent amendments or modifications to the Official Text.

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • Takeovers Code means the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers;
