City Codes definition

City Codes means all ordinances, codes and policies from time to time adopted by the City of Bryan, Texas, including, any building codes, fire or life safety codes, development codes and zoning ordinances, as same may be amended from time to time.
City Codes or “Codes” means the ordinances and codes of 39 the City that regulate the development and construction of the Project and each Building, 40 including but not limited to, the building codes and zoning regulations known as the ULDR 41 and the Florida Building Code (2004 Edition, as amended).
City Codes means all applicable laws, codes, rules, regulations and ordinances of the City, including, without limitation, all applicable subdivision, zoning, environmental, building code or any other land use regulation or permit.

  • The authority and powers of the City as prescribed by the City Charter and City Codes, Statutes and Constitution of the State of Ohio and the United States shall continue unaffected by this Agreement, except as expressly limited by the express provisions of this Agreement.
