CITSS definition

CITSS means Compliance Instrument Tracking System Service.
CITSS has the meaning set forth in Section 6.16.
CITSS means the system established pursuant to the AB32 by which the Administrator records allocations, deductions and transfers of CCOs and/or CCAs, or any successor system thereto.
