Helpdesk means the helpdesk facility provided by GBG to handle enquiries and administration for the Service.
Internet Banking means the service we offer by which you can access and transact on a nominated account by using a personal computer and accessing via our website. This includes transactions processed through the mobile banking facility as well as the smartphone app facility.
Contactless means a payment method which may be offered by a Retailer for completing transactions. This payment method uses Near- Field Communications (NFC) meaning the Card is held close to the card reader rather than inserted into a POS terminal.
Telephone Service means calls (including voice, voicemail and conference and data calls), supplementary services (including call forwarding and call transfer) and messaging and multi-media services (including short message services, enhanced media services and multi-media services);
Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.
