CIT Group means CIT and each Person that is a Subsidiary of CIT (other than C2 and any other member of the C2 Group).

CIT Group means the group of companies for corporate tax purposes registered or organised in accordance with a Tax Statute of which any of the Company and the Subsidiaries and/or the Seller are currently members.

CIT Group means CIT Group/Business Credit, Inc., in its capacity as administrative agent in connection with the CIT Credit Agreement.
