DPSP means a deferred profit sharing plan within the meaning of the Tax Act;
Settlement System Code means the specifications, standards, methods, calculations and conventions established under the AUC Settlement System Code Rule 021, as amended or replaced from time to time;
VIP means those persons identified by USATF from time to time, as requiring special preferred treatment during the Championships.
MSRP means, with respect to any Leased Vehicle, the manufacturer’s suggested retail price.
Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.
Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.
Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.
Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan. Merchant Transmission Facilities:
HSP means a HUB Subcontracting Plan.
Visa means VISA International Service Association.
BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;
PSP or “PSPs” means the State’s IT Policies, Standards and Procedures. “SSAE” means Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements.
IBM means International Business Machines Corporation.
EBA means the European Banking Authority (including any successor or replacement organization thereto).
PFMA means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999.
Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.
SDR means Special Drawing Rights as defined by the International Monetary Fund.
Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.
Motorola means Motorola, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;
PSAP means an answering location for 9-1-1 calls originating in a given area. A PSAP may be designated as Primary or Secondary, which refers to the order in which calls are directed for answering. Primary PSAPs respond first; Secondary PSAPs receive calls on a transfer basis only, and generally serve as a centralized answering location for a particular type of emergency call. PSAPs are staffed by employees of Service Agencies such as police, fire or emergency medical agencies or by employees of a common bureau serving a group of such entities.
Fixed guideway means a public transit facility that uses and occupies:
E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.
MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.
Service dog means a dog that has been individually trained by an organization or person specializing in service dog training to perform a task to assist a person with a disability with a need related to their disability.
CIS means a UCITS or other alternative investment fund within the meaning of Regulation 68(1)(e) of the Regulations and which is prohibited from investing more than 10% of its assets in other such collective investment schemes;
