Cision definition

Cision means defendant Cision US Inc., a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Chicago, Illinois; its successors and assigns; its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures; and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
Cision is used to refer to Supplier. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the MSA, unless otherwise defined in this DPA.
