Cisco's Network definition

Cisco's Network means any of Cisco’s internal systems, including, but not limited to, networks, tools, applications and web sites to which access is controlled by Cisco or Cisco Affiliates.

  • Company shall be solely responsible for providing the appropriate security measures to ensure protection of Cisco's Network, as provided to Company through this Agreement, from unauthorized access including, but not limited to, ensuring that Access, Confidential Information, assigned accounts and passwords and Cisco-Owned Equipment are secure, used only for the authorized Purpose and used in compliance with this Agreement.

  • For purposes of this Exhibit, “Software Application Services” means non-resident/stand alone Software products which include Cisco's Network management Software, security Software and internet appliance Software and Software made available by Cisco’s Internet Communications Software Group ("ICSG") and includes but is not limited to the Software in the following product lines: Cisco ICM Software, Cisco Customer Interaction Suite Software, and other Software which Cisco designates as ICSG Software.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Cisco hereby grants Company Access to connect to Cisco's Network for Authorized Users to access limited, approved Cisco internal resources for the Purpose.

  • The parties agree that Company may permit its Subsidiaries to have Access to Cisco's Network for Authorized Users solely to the extent necessary for the Purpose, provided that each Subsidiary agrees in writing to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Company remains responsible for any failure by a Subsidiary and/or its Authorized Users to comply with the terms, conditions and obligations of this Agreement.

  • Company shall at all times remain responsible for such Authorized User’s Access, use of Cisco's Network, Confidential Information and Cisco-Owned Equipment and compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
