CIS OLS Agreement definition
CIS OLS Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Stockholders' Agreement.
CIS OLS Agreement means the CIS Online Services Agreement, dated as of August 7, 2000, by and between CompuServe and AOL Latin America.
CIS OLS Agreement means the CIS Online Services Agreement by and ----------------- between CompuServe and AOL Latin America in substantially the form of Exhibit D --------- hereto.
