CIRIO GROUP definition

CIRIO GROUP means the Cirio Extraordinary Administration and the companies which it directly or indirectly controls, with the exception of the Company and the Subsidiaries. The Cirio Group does not include Del Monte Pacific Limited, a company listed on the Singapore stock market, in which the Cirio Extraordinary Administration holds a minority share.

  • ▇▇▇▇ Group means collectively ▇▇▇▇ Capital Fund V, L.P., ▇▇▇▇ Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street Partners.

  • ▇▇▇▇▇ Group means ▇▇▇▇▇ and any Affiliate of ▇▇▇▇▇.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.
