Circular Order definition

Circular Order means Client can select a designated cycle to effect the sale or purchase of FX;「週期指令」指客戶可按個人需要選取指定週期，於有效期內進行外匯買賣； “Limit Order” means Client can select a target rate, system will effect the sale or purchase of FX when the spot rate of exchange meets the target rate specified by the Client within the effective period and at designated execution time set by the Bank; and「限價指令」指客戶可設定目標匯率，於有效期及銀行指定執行時間內，由系統按即市價自動執行到價指令買賣外匯；及

Related to Circular Order

  • Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.

  • Preliminary Order means the order proposed by the Settling Parties and approved by the Court in connection with the Motion for Entry of the Preliminary Order to be filed by Class Representatives through Class Counsel, as described in Paragraph 3.2 and in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.

  • Depositor Order A written order or request, respectively, signed in the name of the Depositor by any one of its Executive Officers.

  • Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;

  • Tariff Order in respect of a licensee means the most recent order issued by the Commission for that licensee indicating the rates to be charged by the licensee from various categories of consumers for supply of electrical energy and services;

  • Company Order means a written request or order signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its Vice Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Written Order means a written order signed by the General Manager or properly authorized representative or agent, mailed to the Contractor at the address designated in the firm's Bid, or to such other address as may be designated in writing as its official place of business.

  • Prescription order means any of the following:

  • Standing Order means, with respect to a Designated System, an agreement registered with PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS for the automatic transfer of RECs issued for the Designated System to Buyer’s Account on a recurring basis commencing no earlier than the Trade Date and expiring no earlier than the last day of the Delivery Term of such Designated System.” The following is added as Section 1.62.2:

  • Scheduling Order means the scheduling order to be entered pursuant to Rule 23.1 of the Rules of the Court of Chancery, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Preliminary Approval Order means the proposed Order Granting Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement, Approving Form and Manner of Notice, and Setting Date for Hearing on Final Approval of Settlement, which, subject to the approval of the Court, shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Pending Order means an instruction from the Client to the Company to open a position once the price has reached the level of the Order.

  • Blue Sky Application As defined in Section 6(a)(i) hereof.

  • Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.

  • Money order means a payment order for a specified amount of money. The term includes an express money order and a personal money order on which the remitter is the purchaser.
