Circular Letters. These are all the directives issued in writing by the Committee, whether for specific or general effects, with the purpose to clarify, instruct, interpret or modify the content of the Terms, other Circular Letters or to absolve inquiries or suggestions asked by the Purchasers. It is the Economic Operation Committee of the National Interconnected Electric System.
