Circuit Start Date definition
Circuit Start Date means shall be the earliest of (a) the Customer’s first use of the Service, (b) five (5) business days after Circuit Ready Date, regardless of whether all Services have been turned up and regardless of Customer readiness, or (c) five (5) business days after the start of a Customer Delay of Circuit Installation.

WorldCom shall return the deposit to Customer on the first day of the thirteenth full calendar month following the Initial Circuit Start Date of the first Initial Circuit placed in service, provided Customer is not then in default under this Agreement; otherwise, the deposit shall be returned to Customer upon termination of this Agreement.
The first monthly charge for an Initial Circuit shall be payable on the applicable Initial Circuit Start Date and thereafter the monthly charges for such Initial Circuit shall be payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month.
