Cintas or the “Company”) and (“Participant”). Hereinafter this Restricted Stock Agreement referred to as the “Agreement.” Cintas has adopted the 2005 Equity Compensation Plan (the “Plan”). Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Plan.
