CIIT definition

CIIT means CHINA INDUSTRIAL INTERNATIONAL TRUST ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIMITED (兴业国信资产管理有限公司) a limited liability company duly registered and validly existing under the Laws of the PRC, and a holder of Series C Preferred Shares as of the date of adoption of these Articles.
CIIT refers to COMSATS Institute of Information Technology.

  • CIIT is duly registered as an open-end management investment company under the 1940 Act and such registration is in full force and effect.

  • CIIT is a trust duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Delaware and the Portfolio is a duly and validly designated series of CIIT.

  • The Government shall agree to take, in the course of the year 2015, any measures that maybe required for the setting up at CIIT of a centre under the auspices of UNESCO Category 2 Centre, as provided for under this Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “the Centre”.

  • This Agreement when executed and delivered by CIIT on behalf of the Portfolio shall constitute a legal, valid and binding obligation of CIIT and the Portfolio, enforceable against CIIT and the Portfolio in accordance with its terms.

  • Failure to notify CIIT of such claim shall not relieve CIIT from any liability that it may have to any Covered Person otherwise than on account of the indemnification contained in this Section.
