Examples of CIIAA in a sentence

  • Nothing permitted under this Section 4 shall be considered a violation of Executive’s obligations under the CIIAA.

  • The CIIAA contains provisions that are intended by the parties to survive and do survive any termination of this Agreement and the CIIAA.

  • Executive acknowledges and agrees that (a) he has read this Agreement in its entirety and understands it, (b) the limitations imposed in this Agreement and the CIIAA do not prevent him from earning a living or pursuing his career following the termination of this Agreement, and (c) the restrictions contained herein and therein are reasonable, proper, and necessitated by the Company’s legitimate business interests.

  • No supplement, modification, waiver, or amendment of this Agreement or the CIIAA shall be binding unless executed in writing and signed by both Parties.
