  • In the event and to the extent of any inconsistency between these Axiata General Terms and Conditions and the Purchase Order, these Axiata General Terms and Conditions shall prevail, unless and to the extent the Purchase Order expressly refers to and amends any specific Axiata General Terms and Conditions.
