CIF CY definition
CIF CY means CIF as defined in INCOTERMS 2020 as published by the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris, France) and Container Yard has the meaning that the Purchasers shall be responsible for the arrangements and expenses (including, without limitation, Discharge Port stevedoring expenses and terminal handling charges) for discharging from the vessel of each Parcel delivered hereunder at the Discharge Port the containers into the container yard.
