  • The services associated with these costs are necessary because they allow CICT, providers and residents to access the Program’s services.

  • EVALUATION CRITERIA Bidders who pass the Initial Evaluation Criteria shall be added to the Vendor Pool and will be eligible to provide COVID-19 case investigation and/or contact tracing (CI/CT) services to the County.

  • Transfer of Title and Agreement to Lease CICT will transfer all the legal and beneficial right, title and interest in and to the Equipment to Ocean Driller III at the Consideration.
