  • As at the date of this announcement, CLI has an aggregate interest in 1,511,417,451 units in CICT (“Units”), representing approximately 27.80%2 of the total number of Units in issue, and is therefore regarded as a “controlling unitholder” of CICT under both the Listing Manual and Appendix 6 of the Code on Collective Investment Schemes issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (the “Property Funds Appendix”).

  • EVALUATION CRITERIA Bidders who pass the Initial Evaluation Criteria shall be added to the Vendor Pool and will be eligible to provide COVID-19 case investigation and/or contact tracing (CI/CT) services to the County.

  • Transfer of Title and Agreement to Lease CICT will transfer all the legal and beneficial right, title and interest in and to the Equipment to Ocean Driller III at the Consideration.
