CIC Employees definition

CIC Employees means the individuals listed on Annex 10(b), each of whom is a party to a Change in Control Agreement with the Company.

CIC Employees means the employees of the Company or the Company Subsidiaries who have entered into Change in Control Agreements.

Examples of CIC Employees in a sentence

  • The grant of Company Stock Options to one of the CIC Employees on October 27, 2005 was not made contingent upon the Merger or any of the Contemplated Transactions for purposes of Section 280G of the Code and the Treasury Regulations thereunder.
