CIC Disability definition
CIC Disability means the Employee’s inability, due to physical or mental incapacity resulting from injury, sickness or disease, for one hundred and eighty days in any twelve month period to perform his duties hereunder.
Examples of CIC Disability in a sentence
The benefits provided under (3), (4) and (5) above shall be provided no less frequently than monthly following the date of termination of employment in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll procedures and subject to applicable withholding, beginning with the first payroll date after the date of termination of Executive’s employment and continuing for the CIC Life Insurance Premium Payment Period, the CIC Health Benefits Continuation Period and the CIC Disability Premium Payment Period, respectively.
