The Merchant must provide to CIAL accurate and timely information and instructions in relation to promotional coupons to be issued to ensure that accurate, complete and up-to-date coupon information is uploaded to the space or banner on Alipay’s Marketing Platform allocated to the Merchant.
CIAL shall use reasonable endeavours to work with Alipay to respond to or resolve any Alipay User or third party complaints or requests that are related to or arising from any Merchant’s Marketing Information or Alipay’s Derived Information and, accordingly, the Merchant will cooperate with CIAL to the fullest extent possible in respect of any such complaint or request.
