CI SYSTEM definition

CI SYSTEM means the unique and distinctive system for the development and operation of retail bakeries or restaurants specializing in the sale of specialty baked goods (including without limitation, proprietary cinnamon rolls) under the Company Intellectual Property developed and owned by the Company or the Subsidiary.

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.
