Compass Bank and Export Development Canada are each hereby added as a CI Lender with the Commitment specified for it on the attached Schedule 2.01.
All communications and notices hereunder shall be in writing and given as provided in Section 10.2 of the Credit Agreement; provided that all communications and notices hereunder to each New CI Lender shall be given to it at the address set forth in its Administrative Questionnaire.
