Chute definition

Chute means a structure which contains and directs the path of travel and rate of descent of a patron. A chute may be tubular, trough-like, curved or flat-bottomed. A chute generally uses water only as a lubricant.
Chute means a trough or tube used to guide and transport sliding objects, material, or debris from a higher to a lower level.

The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.

  • Junkyard means an establishment or place of business which is maintained, operated or used for storing, keeping, buying or selling junk, or for the maintenance or operation of an automobile graveyard, including garbage dumps and sanitary fills.
