CHSP definition

CHSP means the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, an initiative of the Department of Health to develop and maintain a cohesive Australian community and improved independence and self-sufficiency. Commencement Date Commonwealth Home Support Programme Community and Home Support Sub- Activity Member means you, the person receiving services under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
