Chronoflex definition

Chronoflex means the supply and purchase agreement in Agreed Form Supply to be entered into on Completion by the Vendor and the Agreement" Purchaser for the manufacture and supply of Chronoflex RC, being one of the Retained Rights;
Chronoflex means the family of bio-durable polymers manufactured by the Vendor in accordance with specific formulations owned by or licensed to the Vendor;
