Chronic Problem definition

Chronic Problem means a continuing error, conflict, trouble report, or similar issue (individual or collective) caused by the Customer that affects performance of the Service.
Chronic Problem means any problem monitored by Level 3 in the course of delivering the Site Patrol service and which occurs three (3) times in a thirty (30) day period and which Level 3 identifies as having a root cause requiring a response by Customer.
Chronic Problem means where there is consistent or repeated Blockage of the Service Pipe and that the aforesaid Blockage is caused, either directly or indirectly, by a Customer;

  • Sprint agrees to provide to Customer an action plan with respect to correction of such Chronic Problem within 15 days of receipt of Customer’s notice.

  • Any Domestic service for which Sprint fails to meet the guaranteed Network Availability SLA for three consecutive months will be defined as a “Chronic Problem.” Customer must notify Sprint in writing of a Chronic Problem.

  • If the Chronic Problem has not been corrected within 45 days after Sprint’s receipt of Customer’s notice, Customer may, within 30 days and upon written notice to Sprint, terminate the affected site.
