In the event that the CHPI funding is discontinued by the Province before this Agreement is discharged, it is understood by both parties that this Agreement shall be terminated.

Contributor agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, Contributor will not engage in any other work, consulting, or other business activity that would create a conflict of interest with Contributor’s obligations to CHPI under this Agreement with ▇▇▇▇.
As such, the Guidelines may be updated on an as needed basis and any updates will be communicated to SMs. The ministry may also conduct a program review that will inform how the CHPI will be administered and delivered in future years.
Contributor agrees to perform the work set forth in Exhibit A (“Statement of Work”) and to provide any work product resulting therefrom to CHPI.
Contributor will not bring onto the premises of CHPI or use in the performance of the Statement of Work, any unpublished documents or any property belonging to third parties, such as Contributor’s former employers, clients or customers, if any, unless consented to in writing by such party and such consents are submitted to CHPI.
