CHPD off-duty officers shall be on duty at the Stadium a minimum of one hour before the event and shall remain until at least 30 minutes after the conclusion of the event, or until the parking lot is cleared of substantially all vehicles.
Based on Stadium attendance for CPL home games, the City may determine that more or less than three off-duty CHPD officers are needed at CPL home games and CBE shall pay for the number of off-duty CHPD officers required by the City.
