CHP Schedule means a schedule in such form as we may give to You which if completed in accordance with these terms will form a CHP Agreement. “Commencement Date” means the date set out in the CHP Schedule or, if none is set out, the date the Goods are purchased from the Supplier. “Controlling Person” means, in relation to any person (“first person”), any other person or persons who, directly or indirectly and either alone or together with other persons, may control the first person, which includes the capacity to determine the outcome of decisions about the first person’s financial and operating policies, but does not include the directors of a publicly listed company.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.
