At no time shall the Artist be required to perform a pre-rehearsed or prepared dance and shall only perform such dance as is taught the Artist by the Choreographer or Assistant Choreographer.
For the purpose of this determination and calculation, the full Contractual Fee for a Director, Choreographer, Fight Director or Intimacy Director shall be included in the first week of the rehearsal period of the Artist’s engagement.
The transferee Theatre shall contribute to the SDC/League Pension Fund on behalf of the Director and/or Choreographer who conducts rehearsals for the transfer the percentage appropriate to the transferee stage’s category for a covered production, as provided at Article X (A).

Such recognition payment shall be paid to the Director and/or Choreographer no later than the first performance of the play at the transferee Theatre.
The Director and/or Choreographer reserves the right to copyright such stage direction and/or choreography.
Any additional use or license of the direction and/or choreography by the Theatre shall be subject to further agreement between the Theatre and the Director and/or Choreographer.
A copy of such written agreement shall be filed by the Choreographer and Engager with Equity.
The Engager shall make a written agreement with such Choreographer containing the terms and conditions upon which the Choreographer agrees to create choreography for the Engager.
