Choose File definition

Choose File select from your files the specific scanned document required and click Open. Click Post to attach the selected file. Repeat the process if there are several files to be attached. Check if the message and attachment/s sent was posted successfully in the Message Box. If not, repeat the process. Click Log Out to exit the system. Upon submission of the above documents, the registration process shall continue and you will receive an email indicating the date and the next steps to take to get your certificate of registration. Please be advised that you have 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of this notice to complete the above requirements, otherwise your application for registration shall be deemed denied without prejudice to its re-filing.
