  • Choice Fund Open Access Plus HRA – Extended Medical Plan (or its successor) in accordance with the terms and conditions of such plan in effect on and after Executive’s Termination Date; provided, that such retiree medical coverage shall not be available to Executive unless he elects such coverage within thirty (30) days following his Termination Date.
