CHIPS Act means Title XCIX — Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors for America of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. (Mac) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Pub. L. 116-283), as amended by the CHIPS Act of 2022 (Division A of Pub. L. 117-167).
CHIPS Act means the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021, as amended by the CHIPS Act of 2022.
CHIPS Act means the Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors and Science Act of 2022. “Closing Date” means the date on which the Closing occurs.

  • In the event that the Company fails to submit documentation to Bel Aire by December 31, 2023 evidencing the Company’s award of federal grant funds under the CHIPS Act of 2022, this Agreement shall immediately terminate.
