If you have a dispute with one or more other Chipper customers relating to payment, we are not responsible for any such dispute and you hereby release us (and our officers, directors, agents, joint ventures and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
