Chip Wagon definition
Chip Wagon. – means an immobile vehicle, either mounted on blocks or supported by a conventional wheel, tire and axle system, from which food or beverages are provided for sale or sold, or prepared and provided for sale or sold;
Chip Wagon. “ Food Truck” shall mean a motorized vehicle or a unit so constructed that it may be towed or drawn by a motor vehicle equipped for the cartage, storage and preparation of food stuffs, beverages, confections and from which the aforesaid items are offered for sale directly to the public. Chip Wagon means an immobile vehicle, either mounted on blocks or supported by a conventional wheel, tire and axel system which shall be operated only in conjunction with a Flea Market from which only French fried potatoes, popcorn and non-alcoholic beverages may be sold to the public.
More Definitions of Chip Wagon
Chip Wagon means a motor vehicle or trailer equipped for the cartage. Storage and preparation of refreshments which is used only for the sale of such refreshments intended for the consumption of the general public. A Chip Wagon shall be permitted to locate at one designated site and shall be included in the definition of “Refreshment Vehicle”.
Chip Wagon. , shall mean a trailer or vehicle that is designed to be made mobile from which food is prepared and offered for sale to the public for consumption outside. Where included as a permitted use in a zone, a chip wagon shall only be permitted as an accessory use.
Chip Wagon means a motor vehicle or trailer equipped for the cartage, storage and preparation of refreshments which is used only for the sale of such refreshments intended for the consumption of the general public. A Chip Wagon shall not include a Mobile Canteen.
