Chip Price definition

Chip Price means in each calendar quarter subsequent to the Base Period, the Base Price adjusted upwards or downwards as the case may be by the percentage equal to the percentage change in the Quarterly Crofton Average Mill Net Price for the calendar quarter in which the Chips are purchased, from the Base Mill Net Price; and
