Texas Women’s Health Program means the program that provides primary healthcare services, including family planning services and health screenings, to eligible women under 25 Tex. Admin. Code, Chapter 39, Subchapter B. Third Party Liability (TPL) means the legal responsibility of another individual or entity to pay for all or part of the services provided to Members under the Contract (see 1 TAC §354.2301 et seq., relating to Third Party Resources).
