Child Protective Service Worker definition
Child Protective Service Worker means an employee of DCYF who is authorized by the Division to perform functions of the job classification Child Protective Service Worker.
Child Protective Service Worker. (CPSW) means the DCYF representative who has expertise in managing cases resulting from concerns of child abuse or neglect to ensure families and children achieve safety, permanency and well being.
Child Protective Service Worker. ' means an Indian Child Welfare Worker, Social Services Worker, Law Enforcement personnel or any person who performs the duties and responsibilities set forth in Section 1.030.
