Child Only definition

Child Only means Family Mediation where all issues pertinent to any arrangements for the child/ren of a family, including extended family, are considered in the Mediation (this does not include aspects relating to family assets, property and pensions other than arrangements for child support);
Child Only policy means an individual health benefit policy issued on or after September 23, 2010, which provides coverage to an individual under the age of nineteen (19). This shall not include health benefit policies that cover children under the age of nineteen (19) as a dependent;

Examples of Child Only in a sentence

  • This Agreement is issued as a Child-Only Agreement where the individual or Application Filer submits an Enrollment Application that requests Child- Only Coverage for the Subscriber.

  • The MRA-A (DSS-6963A) and the MRA-B (DSS-6963B), serve as the timely notice for all applicants and participants, including Child Only cases who fail to comply with the MRA-A requirements.
