Child Only means Family Mediation where all issues pertinent to any arrangements for the child/ren of a family, including extended family, are considered in the Mediation (this does not include aspects relating to family assets, property and pensions other than arrangements for child support);

Child Only policy means an individual health benefit policy issued on or after September 23, 2010, which provides coverage to an individual under the age of nineteen (19). This shall not include health benefit policies that cover children under the age of nineteen (19) as a dependent;

  • Eligibility for a Kaiser Permanente Child Only Plan This provision describes who is eligible for a Kaiser Permanente Child Only Plan.

  • A Member who reaches age 21 and ceases to qualify for this Kaiser Permanente Child Only Membership Agreement will remain covered under this Agreement until the last day of the Calendar Year.

  • Child abuse means any of the following acts committed in an educational setting by an employee or volunteer against a child:

  • Family child care home means a private home in which 1 but fewer than 7 minor children are received for care and supervision for compensation for periods of less than 24 hours a day, unattended by a parent or legal guardian, except children related to an adult member of the household by blood, marriage, or adoption. Family child care home includes a home in which care is given to an unrelated minor child for more than 4 weeks during a calendar year. A family child care home does not include an individual providing babysitting services for another individual. As used in this subparagraph, "providing babysitting services" means caring for a child on behalf of the child's parent or guardian if the annual compensation for providing those services does not equal or exceed $600.00 or an amount that would according to the internal revenue code of 1986 obligate the child's parent or guardian to provide a form 1099-MISC to the individual for compensation paid during the calendar year for those services.

  • Child or Children means a child or children unmarried

  • Child Caregiver means an individual providing basic childcare service needs for Your minor children under the age of 18 while You are on the Trip without the minor children.   • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • Covered Building Service Employee means any person performing building service work for a Covered Building Service Employer, either directly or through a contract or subcontract.

  • Expected week of childbirth means the week, starting on a Sunday, during which the mother's doctor or midwife expects her to give birth.
