Child endangerment definition

Child endangerment means the negligent violation of a duty of care or protection owed to a child or negligently inducing a child to engage in conduct that endangers his or her health or safety.
Child endangerment means subjecting a child to threatened harm. This also includes conduct outlined in Sections 76-5-112 and 76-5-112.5.
