Chief Steward definition

Chief Steward means a Union representative assigned to the department by which he/she is employed and whose responsibilities are outlined in Article 6.
Chief Steward means the person in charge of the club in the absence of the secretary and who is responsible for the locking away of the cash and closing of the club premises, the observance of all licensing laws, and the general conduct of the club.
