CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES. OFFICER shall mean the Chief Human Resources Officer or his or her designee.

EMPLOYEE shall mean a person employed by the County and covered by terms of this Memorandum of Understanding, except where the natural construction of this Memorandum of Understanding indicates otherwise. EXEMPT EMPLOYEE shall mean a regular, limited-term or probationary employee who is designated as Executive, Administrative or Professional per the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act. FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE shall mean an employee employed in one (1) or more regular or limited-term positions whose normally assigned work hours equal those of a full workweek or work period as described hereinafter.

EMPLOYEE shall mean a person employed by the County and covered by terms of this Memorandum of Understanding except where the natural construction of this Memorandum of Understanding otherwise indicates and except elected officers. FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE shall mean an employee employed in one (1) or more regular or limited-term positions whose normally assigned work hours equal those of a full workweek or work period as described hereinafter.
