Cheeseheads the Screenplay Author: Kenwood ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ The undersigned and Purchaser have entered into an Agreement of Sale and Purchase of Literary Material relating to the transfer and assignment and possible reversion of the foregoing rights in and to said literary work, which rights are or will be more fully described in said Agreement or Sale and Purchase of Literary Material, and this Assignment is expressly made subject to all of the terms, conditions and provisions contained or to be contained in said Agreement of Sale and Purchase of Literary Material.
