Check Request definition

Check Request. Check request is a form in Quadruplicate which shall be initiated / submitted by contractor for execution of each activity as per project execution plan. All the works as per ▇▇▇▇ of Quantities, drawings, technical specification and condition of the contract shall be executed with prior permission of EDWARDES COLLEGE, THE MALL, PESHAWAR CANTONMENT, KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA, PAKISTAN or an engineer designated by him at site on a proper check request. All stores including cement, steel and bitumen etc. purchased by the contractor shall be duly tested from approved laboratory at his own expenses and test reports will be submitted to Engineer-in-charge office for checking/verification and approval. Moreover, while executing electric, plumbing, tiling, wooden, paint and other external services work at project site will inform the Client for approval. No work will be carried out without prior permission of The Client or his appointed representative. The project will be constructed on work done bases and contractor is responsible for all the works mentioned below: - ▪ Contract Agreement. ▪ Construction Drawings. ▪ Bill of quantities /Technical Specifications. ▪ Instruction given by Engineer In charge time to time. In case of any contradiction/conflict decision of the EDWARDES COLLEGE, THE MALL, PESHAWAR CANTONMENT, KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA,PAKISTAN will be considered final.

  • Contracting Officer means the person designated by the Director or his duly authorized representative to execute this Agreement on the behalf of the Judiciary, and any other successor Contracting Officer who has responsibility for this agreement. The term includes, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the authorized representative of a Contracting Officer acting within the limits of his written authority.

  • Respondent means an individual who has been reported to be the perpetrator of conduct that could constitute sexual harassment.

  • Letter of Acceptance means the letter of formal acceptance, signed by the contractor. Procuring Entity, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • RFP means Request for Proposal.
