Check Reorder (Consumer Accounts only) The check reorder feature within FSB Digital Banking will redirect you to our check provider’s website and gives you the ability to directly order checks or other banking instruments.
Buyer Curtailment Order means the instruction from Buyer to Seller to reduce generation from the Project by the amount, and for the period of time set forth in such order, for reasons unrelated to a Planned Outage, Forced Outage, Force Majeure and/or Curtailment Order.
Check 21 means the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act.
Check casher means a person or entity that, for compensation, engages, in whole
Check Meter means the Buyer revenue-quality meter section(s) or meter(s), which Buyer may require at its discretion, and which will include those devices normally supplied by Buyer or Seller under the applicable utility electric service requirements.
The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.
